勺链式马铃薯播种机排种器性能试验

    Performance experiment of spoon-chain type potato seed-metering device

    • 摘要: 中小型马铃薯播种机普遍采用勺链式排种器。链传动的多边形效应导致勺链式马铃薯播种机排种器的漏播现象随着机具作业速度的提高更加明显;切块薯种尺寸跨度较大,小尺寸薯种较多时重播率增大。针对上述问题,在实验室搭建了勺链式排种器试验台,以机具前进速度和薯种大小为试验因素、漏播率和重播率为试验指标,进行旋转正交试验回归分析,利用软件Design-Expert8.0.6对回归模型优化求解。结果表明,机具前进速度为2.44 km/h、薯种大小为41.34 mm时,漏播率和重播率的最优解分别为3.54%和5.52%。该研究为勺链式马铃薯播种机田间作业参数的确定提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: The spoon-chain type seed-metering device is widely-used in the middle and small size potato planter. Due to the polygon effect of chain transmission, the miss-seeding phenomenon of the seed-metering device is more obviously when the potato planter speed increase. The multiple seed increased when the smaller potato-seed was more than the bigger potato-seed in the seed case. Aiming at these problems, based on the speed of the machine and the size of the potato-seed as the test factors, the miss-seeding rate and the multiple seed rate as the test indexes, we set up the seed-meter test platform in the lab and made quadratic orthogonal rotary regression experiment. The experimental data were processed and optimized by software Design-Expert 8.0.6. The test result showed that optimal solution of the miss-seeding rate and the multiple seed rate was respectively 3.54% and 5.52% when the speed of the machine was 2.44 km/h and the size of the potato-seed was 41.34 mm. The research would provide field operation parameters for the spoon-chained type seed-metering device of potato planter.
