芸薹属AC 基因组MTP1 基因的生物信息学分析

    Bioinformatics analysis on MTP1 genes in the AC genomes of Brassicas

    • 摘要: 以拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)AtMTP1 基因序列为参考,利用白菜(Brassica rapa)、甘蓝(Brassica oleracea)、甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus)全基因组数据对MTP1 基因进行全基因组水平鉴定,通过Blastn 比对和保守结构域分析,在芸薹属AC 基因组中共鉴定到8 个MTP1 基因,其中白菜1 个、甘蓝3 个、甘蓝型油菜4 个(A 亚基因组3 个、C 亚基因组1 个)。生物信息学分析结果表明,在蛋白质理化性质、二级结构、跨膜结构域、磷酸化位点等方面,3 个物种中的MTP1 基因间各有差异,并使用甘蓝型油菜转录组数据比较分析4 个BnMTP1 基因在不同组织部位的表达模式。

       

      Abstract: Genome databases of Brassica rapa, Brassica oleracea and Brassica napus were used to identify the MTP1 genes in the whole genomes, the AtMTP1 gene sequences in Arabidopsis thaliana were used as reference. Blastn alignment and conserved domain analysis were performed against the AC genomes in Brassicas, and 8 MTP1 genes were found, in which 1, 3 and 4 homologous sequences of MTP1 genes in B. rapa, B. oleracea and B. napus (3 genes in A subgenome, 1 gene in C subgenome), respectively. Bioinformatics analysis by bioinformatics tools and resources from the internet of MTP1 genes in Brassicas showed that, different MTP1 genes of the 3 species were different in the composition of nucleic acid sequences and amino acid sequences, subcellular localization, phosphorylation sites, hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity, secondary structure and conserved domains. The expression patterns of 4 BnMTP1 genes in different tissues were compared and analyzed with the transcriptome data of Brassica napus.
