广东省鹅细小病毒的分离及序列分析

    Isolation and phylogenetic analysis of goose parvovirus isolated in Guangdong province

    • 摘要: 从广东省鹅主要养殖区分离出2 株鹅细小病毒(Goose parvovirus,GPV),分别命名为GDQY2017 和GDYJ2017,纯化后测序分析。VP 基因的系统发育分析结果表明,2 株GPV 单独形成一个分支,与疫苗株距离较远。选择压力分析结果表明,分离株的1 位点有强烈的净化选择。氨基酸分析结果显示,与疫苗株相比,分离的GPV 菌株含有22 个不同的氨基酸残基,并且具有阳性选择的位点(Arg116Gln)。

       

      Abstract: Two strains of goose parvovirus( GPV) were isolated from the main goose breeding region in Guangdong province and were named as GDQY2017 and GDYJ2017,respectively. Phylogenetic analysis of VP gene showed that 2 isolated GPV strains were clustered into one genetic group,which were far from vaccine strains. The result of selection pressure analysis showed that 1 site is subject to strong purifying selection. Sequence comparison showed that the isolated GPV strains contained 22 different amino acid residues with the positively selected site (Arg116Gln) compared to vaccine strains.
