硼肥调控对甜荞根系形态及产量的影响

    Effect of boron regulation on root morphology and yield of common buckwheat

    • 摘要: 为了明确叶面硼肥对甜荞根系形态、地上部生长及产量的影响,以高产甜荞品种丰甜1 号为试验材料,研究不同硼肥处理对其根际土壤营养、根系形态、地上部株型和产量的影响,同时对丰甜1 号地上部、地下部及产量间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:硼肥的施用能明显增加丰甜1 号根际土壤速效磷、速效钾、根系长度、根系表面积和根系体积,明显降低根际土壤有机质的含量和主茎节数、主茎分枝数,对根际土壤pH 和根系平均直径影响不大。当硼肥用量为24 mg/L 时,甜荞的产量最高,比对照高42.18%。相关性分析表明:根系长度与根系表面积呈显著正相关,根系表面积与体积呈显著正相关;根系体积与主茎分枝数呈极显著负相关,与主茎节数和产量呈显著负相关;根系平均直径与主茎节数呈显著负相关;株高与主茎分枝数呈极显著正相关;主茎分枝数与主茎节数呈显著正相关。

       

      Abstract: Effect of spraying leaves with a boron fertilizer of different concentrations on the growth of roots and plant of low-yield Fengtian 1 common buckwheat were studied. The correlation between aboveground, underground and yield was analyzed,also. With the spraying,the available phosphorus,available potassium in rhizosphere soil and root length,root surface area and root volume was increased,while the content of organic matter in rhizosphere soil and the number of nodes and branches of main stem were significantly decreased. The application of boron fertilizer had little effect on pH in rhizosphere soil and mean diameter of root of Fengtian 1. When the boron concentration was at 24 mg/L,the yield of common buckwheat reached the maximum,what increased yield by 42.18% compared to the control. Correlation study showed that there was a significant positive correlation between root length and root surface area,and there was a significant positive correlation between root surface area and root volume,and there was a significant negative correlation between the root volume and the number of branches of the main stem,which had significant negative correlation with the number and yield of the main stem,and there was a significant negative correlation between root mean diameter and the number of main stem nodes,and there was an extremely significant positive correlation between plant height and the number of branches in the main stem,and there was a significant positive correlation between the number of branches of main stem and the number of nodes of main stem.
