Abstract: Network embeddedness is considered to have a important impact on enterprise management，but the existing research on its mechanism how to affect enterprise performance is still lack of the empirical research in system. This article researched the three aspects of social network，theory of knowledge acquisition and management performance. Knowledge acquisition was taken as an intermediate variable，the conceptual model of embedded network affecting enterprise performance was constructed. Based on the pearl river delta agricultural enterprise survey and structural equation model analysis，we found that the embedded network had a direct positive effect on enterprise business performance and knowledge acquisition. Thus there is significant role to enterprise's business performance. This suggests that the knowledge acquisition plays a significant part of the intermediary role. The research conclusion will to a great extent，guide the development of enterprise management in agriculture in our country，not only further affirmation of the role of network embedded in agricultural enterprise performance，also indicate that the network embedded part is through the enterprise knowledge to improve enterprise performance.
