蚯蚓对污泥理化性质及重金属含量的影响研究进展

    • 摘要: 通过一系列的生物过程,蚯蚓堆肥处理污泥被认为是一种可替代的、生态型的改良方式。综述了不同生活型蚯蚓对污泥理化性质及重金属含量的影响。接种蚯蚓处理后的污泥理化性质发生变化,污泥的pH 值降低并趋近于中性。表层种蚯蚓使污泥中有机质含量降低,内层种蚯蚓则可能使有机质成分增多。接种蚯蚓处理可提高污泥中的氮、磷、钾浓度,部分蚯蚓则会降低污泥中全氮、全磷、全钾含量。接种表层种和内层种可能使污泥中速效养分含量减少,深层种可能增加污泥中碱解氮、速效磷含量,但研究获得的结论并不一致。接种蚯蚓能活化污泥中的重金属并减少其含量。

       

      Abstract: Vermicomposting has been reported as an alternative and ecofriendly way to recycle many organic wastes through a broad range of bioprocesses. This paper reviews the effects of different earthworms on the physical and chemical properties and heavy metal content. Vermicomposting process shiftes pH significantly towards neutral. The mutual reaction of earthworms and aerobic microbes accelerates the biodegradation of organic wastes. Earthworms strongly affect sludge organic carbon cycling. Endogeic earthworms may increase TOC content,while epigeic earthworms may decrease TOC content. Most earthworms can increase TN,TP and TK contents of sludge, but no significant differences among earthworm ecotypes were observed regarding these parameters. Epigeic and endogeic earthworms may decrease nutrient contents of sludge,while anecic earthworms increase available nitrogen and phosphorus content. The causes of inconsistent results may be attributed to the different ecotypes,and varying incubation time. Although slight differences were reported among mixtures and species,the effects of epigeic and anecic on reduction in final total metallic concentration showed basically similar.
