RAPD 分子标记对工业大麻诱变材料的分析

    RAPD analysis on mutagenic materials of industrial hemp(Cannabis sativa L.)

    • 摘要: 诱变育种是人们在发生突变的个体中选择符合需要的植株进行培育,从而获得新品种。RAPD分子标记是一种新型的分子遗传标记,方法简单,花费少。利用RAPD 对工业大麻诱变材料进行研究,构建树状图,分析突变材料的变异情况,结果表明:与对照差异显著的诱变材料,其诱变浓度或剂量与之前筛选的适宜诱变浓度或剂量相近。化学诱变浓度是2.0%,处理6 h;Co60-γ 诱变剂量基本都在150 Gy 左右,RAPD 分子标记也可以作为诱变浓度或剂量的筛选标准。

       

      Abstract: Mutation breeding means people can choose and cultivate the good materials which are met the needs of people in the mutant individuals and obtain new varieties. RAPD molecular marker is a new molecular genetic marker,which is simple and low-cost. In this study,RAPD is used to study the mutagenic materials of industrial hemp,construct the tree diagram and analyze the mutation of mutagenic materials. The result showed that the mutagenic concentration or dose of the mutagenic materials that were significant difference with the control was similar to the appropriate mutagenic concentration or dose. The concentration of chemical mutagenesis was 2.0%,6 h. And the dose of Co60-γ mutagenesis was about 150 Gy. Therefore,RAPD molecules Markers can also be used as a standard for screening mutagenic concentration or dose.
