施磷量对花生光合特性及干物质积累的影响

    Effects of different phosphorus application rate on photosynthetic characteristics and dry matter accumulation of peanut

    • 摘要: 以花生野生种Arachis correntina 与栽培种桂花22 为试验材料,通过测定花生叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、单株含磷量、磷素利用效率及干物质产量等相关指标,研究5 个施磷量处理(0、75、150、225、300 kg/hm2)对其光合特性及干物质累积的影响。结果表明,施用磷肥可显著提高桂花22 的光合速率、叶绿素含量和干物质产量,而对A. correntina 的光合特性及干物质积累影响较小,5 个施磷量处理间差异不显著;不同施磷量处理的A. correntina 单株含磷量和磷素利用效率变化幅度比桂花22 小,即受施磷量影响小。试验结果可为A. correntina 应用于花生的磷高效遗传改良提供基础依据。

       

      Abstract: The paper studied the effects of different phosphorus application rate on photosynthetic characteristics and dry matter production of peanut wild species Arachis correntina and cultivated variety Guihua22. The chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and dry matter production of peanut function leaf were detected. The results showed that the phosphorus treatments could significantly improve chlorophyll content,dry matter weight and photosynthetic rate of Guihua22. Compared with Guihua22,there's no significant effect of different phosphorus application on photosynthetic characteristics and dry matter accumulation in A. correntina. There's small response to the change of plant phosphorus content and phosphorus use efficiency under different phosphorus treatments in A. correntina. A. correntina had a good photosynthetic physiological basis. The test results provided a theoretical basis for forther development and utilization of A. correntina.
