Abstract: Through analyzing the necessity of cooperatives in the agricultural e-commerce development， the paper discussed the connotation and features of cooperatives agricultural e-commerce mode. Combined with studying the development foundation of Qingdao cooperatives agricultural e-commerce，the typical mode and experience of agricultural e-commerce development，and the problem of development，the paper put forward the longitudinal extension and horizontal expansion mode of cooperatives agricultural e-commerce，then established internal management system and external coordinate system to insure effective operation of cooperatives agricultural e-commerce. The paper finally proposed suggestions of agricultural e-commerce development in Qingdao，like the government guidance and support，the construction of cooperatives agricultural standardization system，the branding operation of cooperatives agricultural products，the wide application of agricultural internet of things and the training and introduction of high quality agricultural e-commerce talents.
