红掌不同品种对红掌细菌性疫病的抗病性测定

    Resistance determination of different Anthurium andraeanum varieties to Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. Dieffenbachiea

    • 摘要: 采用分离自不同红掌品种的19 个地毯草黄单胞花叶万年青致病变种(Xanthomonas axonopodispv. dieffenbachiea)菌株,通过人工剪叶接种方法,对我国主栽的22 个不同红掌品种进行细菌性疫病抗性测定和评价,结果表明,22 个红掌品种被区分为高抗、中抗、中感和高感等4 类抗病等级,其中高抗品种3个、中抗品种12 个、中感品种6 个、高感品种1 个,未发现免疫品种。此外,研究还发现,在19 个供试菌株中,Xad10 致病力最弱,Xad3 致病力最强。

       

      Abstract: The resistant reactions of 22 Anthurium andraeanum varieties to 19 strains of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. dieffenbachiea were identified via artificial injection inoculation. The results showed that,according to the standards of resistance evaluation,the 22 varieties were classified into four grades. 3 varieties had high resistance,12 varieties had middle resistance 6 varieties had middle suscepts, there was only one variety with high susceptity. Among the 19 strains,the pathogenicity of Xad10 was the weakest,and Xad3 was the strongest.
