植物对二氧化硫胁迫反应与应答机制研究进展

    Research progress on damage reaction and response mechanism of plants to sulfur dioxide stress

    • 摘要: 从SO2 对植物的胁迫机理和植物对SO2 的抗性反应两个方面进行综述。就国内外SO2 熏气装置和检测手段进行了简要说明,对SO2 的胁迫机理、植物受胁迫后的症状学表现和生理学反应以及植物对SO2应答机制进行了充分论证。详述了SO2 对植物伤害的症状学表现及植物受害程度的影响因素,分析了SO2胁迫对植物气孔、光合作用、叶绿素和细胞膜通透性的影响,从离子学说和自由基学说两个方面总结了SO2胁迫植物的机理,并从渗透调节物质和酶保护系统两个方面解释了植物对SO2 的应答机制。最后,指出SO2胁迫需要进一步研究的问题和方向,并对利用分子生物学手段研究SO2 的前景作了展望。

       

      Abstract: The views were outlined in terms of the stress mechanism of sulfur dioxide and the resistance response of plants to sulfur dioxide. This literature review puts emphasis on the mechanism of sulfur dioxide stress,symptoms and physiologic responses of plants under stress and the mechanism of plant response to sulfur dioxide. In addition, the development of fumigation device and detection measures of sulfur dioxide were briefly described. Symptoms of plant under sulfur dioxide stress and the influence factors of plant damage degree were explained in detail. The effects of sulfur dioxide stress on plant stomata,photosynthesis,chlorophyll and cell membrane permeability were analyzed. The mechanism of sulfur dioxide stress to plant was summarized from the ion and free radical theory. The response mechanism of plants to sulfur dioxide was explained by osmotic adjustment substance and enzyme protection system. Finally,the problems and directions of sulfur dioxide stress for the further research were pointed out,and also the application of sulfur dioxide by molecular biological measures was prospected to provide the related study with the value ideas and references.
