覆膜旱植对超级杂交稻冠层生理特性的影响

    Effects of mulching cultivation on canopy physiological characteristics of super hybrid rice

    • 摘要: 栽培模式之间生育后期的净光合速率和蒸腾速率均以覆膜旱植最高,其中净光合速率较旱植不覆膜、水植覆膜和水植不覆膜处理提高11.84%、19.92% 和14.90%,蒸腾速率较其他3 种处理提高12.1%~25.1%,且随着生育期的推进差异加大。荧光动力学研究表明,与不覆膜相比,地膜、液膜和稻草3种覆盖栽培都提高了叶片Fv/Fm 和Yield 等荧光动力学参数,其中地膜覆盖的提高幅度最大,有利于水稻叶片在生育后期维持较高水平的PS Ⅱ潜在活性和实际原初光能捕获效率;不同水分管理方式对超级稻叶绿素荧光的影响较小。

       

      Abstract: During the later growth stage,the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of plastic film mulching cultivation were the highest in different cultivation patterns,in particular,net photosynthetic rate of plastic film mulching cultivation were higher by 11.84%,19.92% and 14.90% than nude field dry cultivation,plastic film mulching waterland cultivation and conventional cultivation,and its transpiration rate was higher by 12.1%-25.1% than others,and as the growth stages promoting,the differences increased. On the other hand,compared with CK,mulching cultivation enhanced luorescence dynamics parameter-Fv/Fm and Yield,it was beneficial to potential activity of PSII and actual capture rate of luminous energy. Among the treatments of mulching film,for straw and liquid film,mulching film was the best one. Otherwise,different water management had little effect on fluorescence dynamic parameters of super hybrid rice.
