桑叶γ- 氨基丁酸提取工艺的响应面优化
Optimization of γ-aminobutyric acid extraction from mulberry leaf by response surface methodology

摘要: 利用逐因子试验和 Box-Behnken 试验,以水为溶剂对桑叶γ- 氨基丁酸(GABA)的萃取工艺进行了条件优化研究。结果表明,最佳提取条件为,桑叶粉∶水=1(g)∶30(mL),提取温度50℃,提取时间2.13 h,此工艺条件下提取率为0.464%,其中影响因素贡献率为提取时间﹥ 料液比﹥ 提取温度。Abstract: By seriatim-factorial experiment and Box-Behnken test,the extraction conditions of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) from mulberry leaf with water were optimized. The results showed that the extraction rate was 0.464% under the following modification conditions: the ratio of mulberry leaf powder to water was 1(g)∶30(mL) and treated at 50℃ for 2.13 h. The order of the factors influencing the result was extraction time﹥ratio of mulberry leaf powder to water﹥temperature.
