Abstract: This paper analyzed the yield，regional distribution，status quo of science and technology and existing problems of oil-tea industry in Guangdong during 2014-2015，then proposed some countermeasures to stabilize and optimize the development of Guangdong oil-tea industry，including establishing correct industrial development thought，increasing industry investment，cultivating and strengthening industrial cluster，improving sci-tech innovating，implementing intensive cultivation，establishing ecological philosophy，consummating service system of the industrialization，to break the bottleneck of oil-tea industry development in Guangdong.
