利巴韦林水剂制备研究及其对草地贪夜蛾和斜纹夜蛾的防效

      目的 利巴韦林是一种广谱抗病毒药物,对鳞翅目害虫表现出较好杀虫活性,为进一步测定其实际杀虫效果,制备利巴韦林水剂并评价其对鳞翅目害虫的防效。
      方法 基于利巴韦林的高水溶性,通过指标测定法从5种常用润湿剂(Morwet EFW、Morwet D-425、EL-30、EL-40和农乳605)中筛选效果最佳的润湿剂并制备5%利巴韦林水剂,采用茎叶喷雾测定其对草地贪夜蛾(Spodoptera frugiperda)和斜纹夜蛾(S. litura)的防治效果。
      结果 利巴韦林与5种润湿剂混合后,制得的药剂外观上分别表现为淡黄均一透明、棕色均一透明、乳白均一、黄白均一和无色均一透明;接触角分别为23.6°、57.5°、42.2°、35.8°和46.3°。5种制剂的稀释稳定性均为均一无析出;起泡性均为0.8 mL;pH在6.6~6.8。热储稳定性方面,利巴韦林仅与Morwet EFW、Morwet D-425混制后的药剂均一无析出;冷储稳定性均为均一无析出。上述结果表明利巴韦林与Morwet EFW所得制剂的综合性能最好。室内防效试验结果表明,5%利巴韦林水剂稀释至2 000 mg/L使用后第5天对草地贪夜蛾和斜纹夜蛾的防效最好、分别为87.15%和88.30%,防效与对照药剂抑食肼(88.83%和84.80%)基本持平,部分处理组防效优于对照。
      结论 5%利巴韦林水剂对草地贪夜蛾和斜纹夜蛾具有较好防效,研究结果为其在实际农业生产中的应用提供了理论依据。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective Ribavirin is a broad-spectrum antiviral drug and exhibits good insecticidal activity against lepidopteran pests. To further determine its actual control efficacy, a ribavirin aqueous solution was prepared and evaluated against lepidopteran pests.
      Method Based on the high water solubility of ribavirin, the optimal wetting agent was selected from five commonly used ones (Morwet EFW, Morwet D-425, EL-30, EL-40, and Nongru 605) by indicator measurement, and a 5% ribavirin aqueous solution was prepared. Its control efficacy against Spodoptera frugiperda and S. litura was evaluated by stem and leaf spray application.
      Result The formulations obtained by mixing ribavirin with the five wetting agents appeared as light yellow homogeneous transparent, brown homogeneous transparent, milky white homogeneous, yellowish-white homogeneous, and colorless homogeneous transparent, respectively, with contact angles of 23.6°, 57.5°, 42.2°, 35.8°, and 46.3°. All five formulations showed homogeneous dilution stability without precipitation, a foaming volume of 0.8 mL, and pH values ranging from 6.6 to 6.8. In thermal storage stability tests, the formulations prepared with Morwet EFW and Morwet D-425 remained homogeneous without precipitation; all formulations showed homogeneous without precipitation under cold storage conditions. These results indicate that the formulation prepared with Morwet EFW exhibited the best overall performance. Indoor efficacy tests showed that the 5% ribavirin aqueous solution diluted to 2 000 mg/L achieved the best control efficacy against S. frugiperda and S. litura on the 5th day after application, with control efficacies of 87.15% and 88.30%, respectively. The control efficacy was comparable to that of the control insecticide RH-5849 (88.83% and 84.80%), and some treatment groups showed better control efficacy than the control.
      Conclusion The 5% ribavirin aqueous solution exhibits good control efficacy against S. frugiperda and S. litura. These results provide a theoretical basis for its application in actual agricultural production.
